Head of Brand Experience at Relocity (2021-2022)
Led the Brand Experience function at Relocity, covering marketing, brand, and supporting product, sales, operations, and people functions. Contributed to product design efforts while helping drive a 711% revenue growth through strategic positioning and go-to-market initiatives.
Design Director at Dimensional (2019-2021)
Established and scaled UX Research and Design at Dimensional, leading design efforts for the SMA product, which grew from $1M to $1B in AUM within its first year. Aligned design strategy with business goals to drive innovation and enhance user experience.
Lead Designer at USAA (2017-2019)
Led initiatives on key projects including Digital Advisor, 1:1 Wealth Management, and The Future of Retirement. Our team’s research and design efforts validated and invalidated ongoing work, ensuring strategic alignment. Identified and designed improvements to the design system, driving efficiencies and elevating consistency across member experiences.
Product Designer at Waldo Photos (2016-2017)
Developed foundational design paradigms and visual languages for AI-driven apps, web, and native services at Waldo. Led research initiatives that drove innovation and improved user experiences while shaping design strategy. Contributed to the creation and evolution of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across Waldo’s product offerings.
Senior Designer at Razorfish (2015-2016)
Delivered experience visions for major clients, including T-Mobile, Etihad Airlines, Walmart, and Southwest Airlines. Contributed to successful UX/UI redesigns, including the T-Mobile website launch, playing a key role in delivering innovative, user-centered digital experiences across multiple industries.
